HR Assist uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to sign you in, keep you signed in on one device, and remember how you like the interface. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics cookies. Because every item below is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, the ePrivacy rules do not require your consent for them — but you are entitled to know they exist, which is what this page and the notice bar are for.

Cookies set by our sign-in provider (Clerk)
When a workspace uses Clerk for sign-in, Clerk sets its own cookies on our domain — typically __session, __client_uat and __clerk_db_jwt — to hold your authenticated session and detect sign-out in other tabs. They are strictly necessary for signing in. Clerk's own policy: https://clerk.com/legal/privacy (opens in a new tab).

Third-party resources
- The coding editor (Monaco) may load its assets from a content-delivery network, which receives your IP address to serve the file. It sets no cookies.
- Interview rooms hosted on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet are governed by Microsoft's and Google's own cookie policies once you leave our page.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking hr_sessionId or Clerk's cookies will sign you out and prevent sign-in; blocking the coding-room session storage will end a test in progress.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across sites, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We honour Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of any sale or sharing, of which there is none.
Changes
We will update the tables above whenever the cookies we use change.
